Conditions / Restrictions: When full payment or arranged deposit is received the booking will be confirmed in writing with inventory and map to locate the holiday home. A key will be forwarded on receipt of full payment. There is no booking until deposit is received and acknowledged.
Limitations: Duvets, blankets, pillows, tea towels and 3 electric blankets supplied (no sheets, pillow slips or towels).
Bed Linen: Bring your own.

Comments / Attractions: Whitianga has a warm climate, very safe beach and is a wonderful place for winter or summer holidays. Great fishing supported by a good shopping centre, cafes and food outlets.

This home is comfortable and well designed, 60sq.m,1.5km to town, 300m to beach. Fenced safe area for children. Some sea views. Good parking. Sheltered from east. Large sundeck faces north with gas BBQ. Automatic washing machine, clothes line, iron, ironing board, electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour TV (channels 1,2 and 3), video, Electric Skope Heater, CD Player, porta-cot for babies (no sheets or blankets). Available all year round.
