Description of Home: On a 28 hectare sheep & cattle farm, on the Waikato River
edge. Our fully self contained holiday bungalow of 76sq metres has spacious open
plan living. Opening into its own private gardens, it is separated from the main house by
more pleasant gardens. Being situated 15 minutes from Taupo and 45 minutes from
Rotorua makes us handy to all activities offered in both areas. There are
opportunities for trout fishing. (Rotorua fishing licence needed.)

Taupo and Rotorua areas. Golf, bungy jumping, jet boat rides, tandem sky diving, white
water rafting, geothermal fields, deer stalking, pig hunting and fishing.
Lake Taupo
Taupo is the hub of the Volcanic Plateau, and its lakes and rivers make it a popular
playground. Famed for its rainbow trout fishing and Huka Falls, the region offers boating,
scenic flights, bungy jumping, paragliding, horseback safaris, rafting and jet boating.
Other attractions include Aratiatia Rapids, the Craters of the Moon, Cherry Island
wildlife reserve and Wairakei Thermal Valley.
