two types of listings - a basic listing, which is free, and a premium
listing which costs $99/year.

Premium Listings
The premium listing is a KiwiStays web-page includes full details of your
accommodation -- including property and tariff details, the type of accommodation
offered (holiday home, home exchange, B&B, homestay, or farmstay, etc), and whether
there are any restrictions on the use of the property (eg. no smoking). If desired,
you may also include up to four photo /s of your property. This
web-page is optimised for the search engines. View an example here.
You can choose a customised,
easy-to-remember internet address for this web-page, so you can use it
yourself on your emails and promotional material. For example, for a property
called "Omahuta", you could choose: www.kiwistays.com/bluethunder . No
long, obscure, hard-to-remember web-page names here! This means you get many of the
advantages of having a customised name for your web-page at a fraction of the cost
registering and hosting a site under your own domain name.
You can refer to your web page in your
emails and promotional material, and it can also be submitted to the search engines and
