Description of Home: Reef Point Lodge offers uniquely private coastal accommodation options include four self contained units: Crowsnest Cottage, Young Nick's Chalet , the Lighthouse Chalet. The Lodge's Upper Deck has the Port, Starb'd and Stern bedrooms with tea making facilities and kitchenette facility in the Dining Room . Thalassa: Thalassa is a holiday house that is situated in the Flat Point Beach Village and is ideally suited for families. You will enjoy the wood burning fires during winter and the views to the beach and reef from our accommodation units. All units have a bath. Crowsnest and Thalassa have BBQs on their decks and two BBQs are in front of the Lodge.

Flat Point has its own small airfield. It is a two hours drive from Wellington or Palmerston North. One hour drive to Martinborough, Masterton or Carterton. Twenty minute drive to DOC Honeycombe walk.
