Description of Home: Country Cottage is a new home, built early 2006. (Situated 100m from the owner's home). There are two bedrooms. One with a Queen bed the other with a Double. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Laundry with machine, tub, iron and board. The bathroom has a great shower (hairdryer available) and a separate toilet. TV with DVD player. Air Conditioning and log fire.

Description of People: We are a working middle aged couple with no children. Trev stays at home and looks after the property (11 acres), growing cherries for export markets and trees for firewood. Donna is an accountant and works for a Electricity Generation company in Alexandra.
Occupations/Iinterests: We enjoy sport, play golf and tennis. Love animals, travel and socialising with friends and family.
Comments / Attractions:  Simply relax (lots of trees, grass and space) or enjoy local activities. Set in peaceful, private surroundings, yet only minutes from all amenities. Between Alexandra and Clyde. Only minutes from the Otago Rail Trail, a Winery and Garden Cafe. Sit on the verandah or sunny deck in summer. Stay warm by the log fire in winter. One hour drive to Wanaka or Queenstown. Surrounded by many wonderful golf courses too!
