Kiwistays is an online  accommodation directory which brings together hosts and guests of bed and breakfasts, farmstays, homestays and otherstays, as well as those people who choose to rent residential homes, holiday homes, holiday cottages, baches, cribs and tourist flats for holiday accommodation or when attending events in New Zealand.

We have been operating online since 2000.

Owners have written their own listings and included detailed information on themselves, their accommodation, and some comments on the attractions on the area – giving a good feel for the spirit of their available home and district.

Booking or arranging any accommodation from this web-site is very much a self-managed process. There are no agency fees or commissions. We publish the information on the web-site, and you deal directly with the property owners.

We have elected not to provide detailed information and maps on the various areas of attraction in New Zealand because there is considerable information and documentation readily available for free. We have concentrated solely on bringing together the specific information needed for holiday accommodation rentals throughout New Zealand.
